You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.

3. Billing and Payments 3.1. Pricing: The pricing for Flourish Mapping's subscription services will be specified on our website or other authorized platforms. All prices are in GBP and are subject to change at our discretion. 3.2. Payment: By subscribing to our services, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis, starting from the date of your initial subscription. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and ensure sufficient funds are available for payment. 3.3. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee for the next billing period. 3.4. No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period. 3.5. Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to Flourish Mapping's services, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, and content, are the property of the Company or its licensors. User Content: By using our services, you grant Flourish Mapping a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute any content you submit or generate through the platform to provide the subscription services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability 5.1. Warranty: Flourish Mapping provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the services for your specific needs. 5.2. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Flourish Mapping be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the subscription services, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
